What is wrong with this leopard gecko? MBD?

Hi guys,

I recently accepted 2 abandoned geckos, from my husband's coworker. ( Basically his kid didn't want them anymore, and thus nobody took care of them. )
I never owned leopard geckos before, so I had to do a TON of last minute research while they were in my care.
NOTE : I have an appointment in 2 weeks to visit an exotics vet. ( we don't have a lot here )

While I am waiting I thought I would share this poor lil girl with you.
So, there are two geckos, one male one female? Both 3 years old?( according to the previous owner.)
I separated them immediately, and noticed the female one seems different. Her walk? Seems uncomfortable. Perhaps she has MBD?

I have the big male in a 55 gal tank, and the female one in the original 33 gal tank. ( I kept her in the smaller tank, because I didn't want to disturb her too much and change her surroundings )
She doesn't have a big appetite. She will eat one or two bugs, and then turn her nose. I dust with Cal w.o D3, and MV, alternately and provide UVB light for 4 hrs a day, as well as a ceramic heat dome that avg. 86-89 degrees 24/7.

Anyways I was trying to search to see if anybody has had success with dealing/curing MBD? Or is her stage irreversible at this point? She eats and poops okay. But her appetite isn't big, which worries me. Any opinions on her health? I will eventually get an exotics vet opinion too. But I thought more opinions/advice and stories of MBD would be nice to hear.

Here is a video of her walk :

It may be that she doesn't improve, but proper supplementation will keep her from getting worse. She could end up having a good quality of life even if she moves funny. It may take her awhile to start eating. Some geckos just don't eat much for days or weeks. Keep offering and see what the vet has to say.

Thanks so much for your video!!! I don't spot any classic MBD symptoms.

Metabolic bone disease (MBD) symptoms include leaning to one side when walking, walking on one or both "elbows", bowed limbs, belly dragging, and an underbite. Difficulty chewing should be closely monitored.

Her gait may be due to her "bloated" belly. Can you see eggs?

Please share specifics.
  1. What are the dimensions of her enclosure?
  2. What brand of multivitamins are you using? How often?
  3. How often are you dusting with no D3 calcium powder?
  4. How often does she hang out under the current UVB?
  5. What is the exact name of the UVB source?
  6. Do you have the UVB source right next to the heat source on top?
  7. Even when a leo is reliably using UVB, Fran Baines, DVM highly recommends dosing a powdered D3 supplement @ 1-2 feedings per month.
  8. What is the ground temperature on the floor of the warm DRY hide?
